
What I Did For This One Whole Week?
I've stopped lazy-ing around at home..
Instead I did some jog almost every night..
I've set a long term goal..
Which is to have a body like J Lo..(haha!)
I wish to have it by my 20th birthday..
I went jog with the bf on Saturday..
And I'm proud of myself bcos i got to run sooo constantly on that big3 field..
After jog we went fitness corner..
To do some work out..
And i fell from the monkey bar..
Okay for this...
I know why I fell..
Its bcos of my wrist power..
And I cant carry my own body weight..
I have to push myself hard..
In order to achieve my goal..
Does anyone knows how to reduce double chin???
